Arrangements relating to COVID Guidelines
For the current season starting from 13th September 2021, club meetings will be held in the large hall at the Masonic Lodge Kilmaurs. To ensure that everybody feels safe and comfortable within our new surroundings we would ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines.
As previously indicated in a recent bulletin we will be entering the hall via the side entrance to the Lodge via the outside fire escape route. We have produced a short video to offer some initial guidance. Details of this can be viewed on our Facebook page or alternatively using the following this link to YouTube. However, if any member has difficulty in using the outside stairs, we still have access to the inside chair lift. In this instance you would enter the lodge through the main entrance.
To comply with Covid regulations we are asking everyone to wear a mask when entering, moving around and leaving the hall. Your mask can be removed when seated if that is your preference.
Members are now encouraged to perform a home lateral-flow Covid test before attending.
We have adopted a One-Way System to facilitate hand sanitising and our sign in procedures. It has been designed to avoid anyone having to stand outside the hall should we have a large number of members arriving at the same time. Following the Sign in, you can then move to the seating area.
During a trial, we set out the seating with reasonable spacing between each chair. If this is not acceptable to anyone then there will be some chairs at the back of the seating area with more spacing.
